‘Coexya, specialist in digital transformation, joins the Talan Group’ by Le Progrès
The newspaper Le Progrès announced the acquisition of Coexya by the Talan Group, which operates on five continents and is targeting €1 billion in revenue by 2025.
This acquisition marks a new stage in the development of Coexya, a specialist in digital transformation and a leading player in digital sovereignty in France.
A shared ambition for innovation and growth
With more than 400 clients and 1,000 employees, Coexya achieved a turnover of €109 million in 2023.
Now backed by an international group, the Lyon-based company is strengthening its capacity for innovation, investment and support across all the markets in which it operates.
‘We share the same vision of innovation and digital transformation with Talan,’ explains Philippe Le Calvé, President of Coexya, in Le Progrès.
