Master data management: deployment of a third-party repository

Client context
As the management of European funds within the Normandy region evolves, the current configuration of its third-party repository is no longer suitable. The new repository must ensure the quality of financial third-party data and link the tools used for grant management with those used for financial management.
Coexya therefore implemented an MDM solution to support the governance of the third-party reference data. Based on the Semarchy platform, the application allows cross-checking with reference databases to help prevent fraud.
Our contribution
Coexya supported the Normandy region through the following actions:
- Needs assessment: redefining requirements with business teams to address current and future challenges
- Design and configuration: developing a tailored MDM solution capable of serving as a reference base, managing data quality, and interfacing with fraud-prevention reference systems (including connection to the FICOBA file)
- Training of internal teams
- Standardisation and publication
