A digital transformation programme on an international scale
The Eurofins Group is a major international player in laboratory testing, present in over 50 countries and a global reference in life sciences, food, pharmaceutical and environmental testing. As part of its patient pathway digitalisation strategy, the Digital Transformation Department launched the EasyLab programme, aimed at modernising and harmonising practices and tools across its French laboratory network.
Coexya’s mission focused on change management, working closely with business teams, programme managers and IT stakeholders across a multi-site environment with strong compliance and data quality requirements.
Project challenges
The EasyLab program is strategic for Eurofins, with significant challenges in terms of:
- Digital transformation of laboratories,
- Acculturation of teams to new tools and methods, improving the group’s digital maturity,
- Optimization of business processes and data quality.
The mission mobilized a multidisciplinary team capable of interfacing business, technical, and human challenges in a multi-site context.
Our mission
As part of the EasyLab program, we worked on organizational, functional, and human aspects:
- Gathering and formalizing business needs
- Analyzing the organizational impacts of EasyLab deployment
- Recommendations on processes, roles, and responsibilities
- Support for change management among business teams
- Coordination with internal stakeholders (IT, HR, business lines)
- Monitoring the implementation of pilot sites and supporting users
