Coexya joins Talan group

Coexya joins the Talan Group and strengthens its position as a digital leader in France and abroad.

Coexya, an independent leader in digital integration, software publishing, and consulting, plans to join the Talan Group, thereby accelerating its growth in France and abroad.

This operation marks a new stage in the growth strategy led by both groups, aiming to strengthen their position in the global market in the coming years.

Talan and Coexya will leverage their complementary expertise, shared business approaches, and talented teams to build, with an innovative and customer-oriented mindset, a leading international entity in organizational transformation through technology, data, and innovation. The integration of Coexya within Talan will result in concrete development opportunities in an already rapidly growing environment.

This new entity aims to achieve over €880 million in revenue in 2024, with more than 7,000 employees, allowing for the acceleration of the Group’s organic development to reach a turnover of €2.5 billion by 2030.

The transaction is subject to the usual prior regulatory conditions and approvals. The completion of the transaction is expected in the second half of 2024.
