Last January, Coexya organised a conference on neuroatypicality for students at INSA Lyon, featuring Autypik,an inclusive corporate recruitment platform.
This meeting provided an opportunity to exchange views, experiences and practical insights on neurodiversity.
On the agenda:
- Debunking misconceptions and misinformation about neuroatypicality
- Understanding why the principle of ‘nothing about us without us’ is profoundly changing approaches
- Exploring how neurodiversity can enrich the way we work, learn and innovate
This conference opened an essential dialogue on inclusion and served as a reminder that cognitive diversity is a real driver of creativity and collective performance.
