Coexya supports Eurofins in managing change in its laboratories
The Eurofins Group is a major international player in the field of laboratory analysis, with a presence in more than 50 countries. As part of the digitization of the patient journey, the Digital Transformation Department has launched the EasyLab program, which aims to modernize and harmonize business practices and tools within its laboratories.
Our mission was part of a dynamic process of supporting change, working closely with business teams, program managers, and IT contacts.
Project challenges
The EasyLab program is strategic for Eurofins, with significant challenges in terms of:
- Digital transformation of laboratories,
- Acculturation of teams to new tools and methods, improving the group’s digital maturity,
- Optimization of business processes and data quality.
The mission mobilized a multidisciplinary team capable of interfacing business, technical, and human challenges in a multi-site context.
Our mission
As part of the EasyLab program, we worked on organizational, functional, and human aspects:
- Gathering and formalizing business needs
- Analyzing the organizational impacts of EasyLab deployment
- Recommendations on processes, roles, and responsibilities
- Support for change management among business teams
- Coordination with internal stakeholders (IT, HR, business lines)
- Monitoring the implementation of pilot sites and supporting users
