Digital transformation: cross-functional document platform and CRM integration

Implementation of the ELO DMS and integration with Salesforce to optimize ALGECO’s contract and customer order management

The project aims to deploy a Document Management System (DMS) to streamline document exchanges between the sales and operations teams across Algeco’s nine regions, while ensuring proper process governance.

For Algeco, the solution consists of centralizing the management of customer contracts and orders, while integrating this system with the Salesforce CRM. This integration enables the automation of commercial document storage and simplifies the order handover between sales representatives and operational teams.

Coexya was selected for this project due to its recognized expertise in integrating DMS solutions, its ability to provide close support, and its efficiency in coordinating with various technical stakeholders.

Our experience with the ELO solution, already implemented within Algeco, was also a key factor.
