2025 Employee Barometer: results that confirm Coexya's uniqueness
Discover the results of our 2025 employee engagement survey, which confirm Coexya's unique position.
As every year, Coexya employees were invited to participate in the internal satisfaction survey. This barometer is a valuable tool for measuring well-being, quality of life at work and commitment to the company.
A positive and stable social climate
This annual survey enabled all our employees to express their views on their working conditions, work-life balance, and the atmosphere and relations with management.
The results collected reflect a high level of satisfaction among our employees:
- They give an overall average rating of 3.9/5 (identical to the 2024 rating).
- And 72% of respondents say they would recommend Coexya to a friend or family member, demonstrating a strong sense of belonging and commitment.
A warm working atmosphere and hands-on management
In 2025, Coexya therefore still maintains a strong foundation of satisfaction based on two major assets: a very good working atmosphere, which is rated 4.3/5, and a strong managerial culture based on listening and kindness. As a result, trust in management is rated 4/5.
Two other major advantages mentioned by Coexya employees are the diversity of the assignments they work on and the autonomy they enjoy, which are cited spontaneously in more than one-third of responses.
A recognised and appreciated CSR approach
Considering that CSR is one of the pillars of quality of life and working conditions, we also asked our employees to assess our commitment and the CSR approach we have implemented. With a score of 4.1/5, employees believe that the company takes concrete action to protect the environment and promote diversity and inclusion.
