Coexya certified as a Great Place To Work®
Coexya is proud to announce that it has obtained Great Place To Work® certification, an international recognition that highlights the quality of the working environment within the Group.
Quality of life at work: Coexya obtains Great Place To Work® certification
This certification covers all 12 eligible countries in the Group and is based on the results of an employee survey. At Coexya, participation was particularly high, with a response rate of 75%, demonstrating the commitment of the teams and their desire to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the company.
The results also show an 84% satisfaction rate, confirming the relevance of the actions already implemented and the strength of Coexya’s corporate culture: trust, collaboration, commitment and attention to employees.
An in-depth analysis of the results is currently underway. This will lead to the definition of new concrete action plans aimed at continuing to develop an increasingly fulfilling and productive working environment. The key findings will be presented during a webinar scheduled for January, the details of which will be communicated at a later date.
This certification is an important milestone and reinforces Coexya’s ambition to place people at the heart of its business plan.
