The strategic role of integrators in tackling digital data backlogs
Archimag publishes a feature on tools for handling digital data backlogs and asks Coexya about the role of integrators and the contribution of artificial intelligence.
In its July-August 2026 issue, Archimag magazine publishes a feature on solutions for processing digital data backlogs (“vracs numériques”). Beyond software vendors, the article highlights the role of EDRMS/ECM/electronic archiving integrators, among which Coexya is mentioned.
“When it comes to digital data backlogs, the value an integrator brings is primarily methodological. The integrator acts as an intermediary between the vendor and the end user, implementing and assembling the best building blocks on the market to sort, classify and durably restructure information,” explains Thierry Georges, Head of the ECM division at Coexya.
Coexya’s involvement spans from the initial document audit through to establishing lasting document governance. Marine Césaire, a functional consultant at Coexya, also highlights how artificial intelligence improves the indexing and automatic classification of unstructured documents, while stressing that its use should be reserved for the most complex processing tasks, for reasons of energy efficiency.
