Coexya is supporting the 1CabasPour1Étudiant initiative : a solidarity campaign centred on employment and bringing people together
Coexya is joining forces with 1CabasPour1Étudiant to support students in precarious circumstances
At Coexya, we place social commitment and support for young people at the heart of everything we do.
As part of this, we have run a charity initiative in partnership with the charity 1CabasPour1Etudiant, which works throughout France to support students in precarious circumstances.
Through its solidarity sponsorship scheme, the charity connects students with sponsors in the same town, thereby fostering strong human bonds based on food sharing and equal opportunities.
A simple and practical way to support young people
At our events, we decided to replace the handing out of promotional items with a more useful and socially responsible approach. The principle behind this initiative was clear : for every CV collected at our events, €5 was donated to the charity.
This initiative helps to minimise the distribution of promotional items that are sometimes of little use, thereby reducing our carbon footprint, whilst turning this approach into tangible support for young people.
Throughout the year, our teams have been actively involved in various key events to meet, advise and support young people on their career paths:
- Recruitment fairs
- Stands showcasing our roles
- Mock interviews & HR coaching
- Work experience placements
These opportunities for dialogue have helped to build relationships, advise students and support them in their career journeys.
Tangible results and a strengthened commitment
Thanks to the efforts of our teams and the participation of the students we met, nearly 400 CVs were collected.
In addition to these meetings, this initiative raised €2,000 for the charity, thereby strengthening our commitment to supporting it.
A meaningful initiative
Beyond the figures, this campaign reflects our commitment to turning every encounter into an opportunity and every conversation into concrete action to support young people.
We would like to extend our warmest thanks to all the students we met during these events, as well as to our staff for their commitment to this wonderful initiative.
Together, let us continue to improve the daily lives of students in need and to strengthen the solidarity that is so vital in the face of student financial insecurity.
