New index for professional equality

Coexya publishes its 2024 professional equality index: score of 86/100, progress on criteria relating to remuneration, promotions and HR transparency.

The UES Coexya professional equality index for 2024 stands at 86/100.

This score highlights our genuine commitment to equal treatment regardless of gender and reaffirms our position on fair and inclusive HR practices in the digital sector.

The UES Coexya Professional Equality Index based on 2024 data is 86/100.

This index is broken down into five indices:

36/40

Gender pay gap

We scored 36/40 on this index, which compares the average remuneration of women and men by age group and socio-professional category. The system for monitoring annual pay rises and bonus payments has enabled us to improve and maintain this score, achieving an index of 34 in 2021, 35 in 2022 and 36 points since 2023.

20/20

Individual pay rise differences

Index 2 measures the gap in the distribution of individual pay rises between women and men who have been with the company for more than six months.
We reached 20 points in 2021, 10 points in 2022 and 2023, then 20 points in 2024.

15/15

Promotion gaps

Index 3 measures the gap in promotions between women and men who have been with the company for more than six months. While we achieved 15 points in 2021 and 10 points in 2022 and 2023, we achieved 15 points in 2024.

15/15

Percentage of female employees receiving a pay rise upon returning from maternity leave

We ensure that we monitor every return from maternity leave that results in an absence during the pay rise and promotion campaigns. As a result, our index has been at 15/15 since its publication.

0/10

Number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10 highest paid

The conditions for meeting the indicator relating to the highest salaries have not yet been met.
Our commitments with players in the digital sector aim to encourage greater diversity in scientific fields, which will ultimately enable women to access the highest levels of responsibility.

Looking ahead

At Coexya, we firmly believe that diversity and professional equality are not only ethical values, but also drivers of performance and innovation.

Our score of 86/100 in the 2024 professional equality index reflects our commitment to creating an inclusive working environment where every talent, regardless of gender, is valued and promoted.

We are committed to continuing our efforts and strengthening our policies to ensure that the Coexya Group remains a model of professional equality in the digital sector.

As a reminder, companies with an index below 75 points have three years to implement measures to achieve a score above 75 points or face a penalty of up to 1% of their total payroll. The aforementioned progress and corrective measures are reported to the labour inspectorate and forwarded to the CSE (social and economic committee) as part of a unilateral decision after consultation.
