With this note, we confirm our commitment to ensuring professional equality and applying fair and inclusive HR practices across all our digital activities.

With an overall score of 87/100 and progress on the pay gap indicator, we confirm that professional equality is a long-term commitment within the Coexya group. We will continue our efforts to ensure that everyone has the same opportunities for success and to further develop our practices in a digital sector that demands performance, innovation and the ability to transform.

As a reminder, companies with an index below 75 points have three years to implement measures to achieve a score above 75 points or face a penalty of up to 1% of their total payroll. The aforementioned progress and corrective measures are reported to the labour inspectorate and forwarded to the CSE (Social and Economic Committee) as part of a unilateral decision after consultation.
