2025 Employee Barometer: Results That Confirm What Makes Coexya Unique

As every year, Coexya employees were invited to take part in the internal satisfaction survey. This barometer is a valuable tool to assess well-being, quality of life at work, and employees’ sense of belonging to the company.

A Positive and Stable Social Climate

This annual survey allowed all our employees to share their views on working conditions, work-life balance, the general atmosphere, and relationships with management.
The results reflect a high level of satisfaction among our teams:

  • They gave an overall average score of 3.9/5, identical to the 2024 result.
  • 72% of respondents say they would recommend Coexya to a friend or relative – a strong indicator of loyalty and engagement.

A Warm Working Atmosphere and Close-Knit Management

In 2025, Coexya continues to enjoy strong satisfaction built on two key pillars: A very positive working atmosphere, rated 4.3/5,and a management culture based on listening and kindness, with trust in management rated 4/5.

Two other key strengths highlighted by employees are the diversity of the missions they work on and the autonomy they are given – both spontaneously mentioned in over a third of the open responses.
