Fostering Collective Intelligence in organisations
At Coexya, we are convinced that the collaboration of individual intelligences and group emulation enable us to achieve more innovative and far more relevant results.
For several years now, we have been setting up collective intelligence workshops and projects within our organisation. These initiatives are collaborative, structured and organised working methods that offer many advantages.
This dynamic is driven in particular by the employees themselves, who are behind a number of our initiatives (experience sharing, running workshops, etc.) aimed at creating an inclusive environment where everyone can express their ideas freely, listen to others and contribute to solving problems or generating new ideas.
In this document, we wanted to give a voice to these employees, so that they could share their experiences and explain their commitment, their approach and their successes.
